Enter into hallway with a bedroom straight ahead that has 3 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower to the left. The kitchen is large and open to the dining room which has beautiful views of the moors & beach. The living room has a fireplace and two seating areas, there is a sun porch with a day bed off of living room.

2nd Floor Description:

Master bedroom with large private bath and King Size bed. Guest suite with Queen bed with private bath, LED TV, stereo radio clock, views of the ocean. Free Standing A/C units in Master Bedroom, Main living areas, and Twin bedroom.

We had the most unbelievable and memorable stay at this beautiful property during the wine festival this past week. The owners were fantastic and caring and had the property immaculate upon check in. The property was spectacular and the sunsets as described, just magnificent.. There is absolutely nothing I could have hoped for more than all this beautiful home had to offer. The setting with 180 degree views of the water and marshlands is without par. Better yet, taking an early morning walk in Eel Point and watching a collection of unique birds provided the serenity we required after the hustle in Town for the wine Festival. Thank you , thank you! We will certainly be back.

We have stayed at this beautiful Eel Point property several times. It is beautifully maintained, well equipped, and the location is spectacular. There's a huge deck with a sunset view over the water (I think it is Nantucket Sound), a BBQ, a fire pit and two dining areas! The grounds are really lovey and the bocce court is lots of fun. The home's interior is spacious and contemporary with an open floor plan on the main level and a dreamy master bedroom suite upstairs! I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Always Feels Like Home

Just returned from our 5th season at this lovely quintessential Nantucket home. The wide open views and sunsets are breathtaking. Because we live in the middle of a big city, we love the remote feel of the Eel Point address but appreciate that we can easily drive to town (but rarely do) or jump on one of the bikes and ride to Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery or Madaket. Inside, the house has a bright, sunny and open feel with two big bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs and a smaller bedroom down stairs with bunk beds. Downstairs is open format with kitchen, dining room, living room all flowing into another. The sun porch is a favorite spot to read on the day bed as the island breezes blow. The house is fully stocked with absolutely everything you would need to cook, relax, play and entertain. Outside enjoy the bocce court, giant chess board, canoes, bikes and/or a short walk to the beach. We've never needed anything of Fernando as the house is perfectly suited, outfitted and beautifully maintained, but he's easy to reach and checks in at the beginning to make sure we're settling in ok. We highly recommend this home (not just the weeks we'd like to come next year!)

Beautiful piece of Nantucket

If you are looking for a way to experience the calm and beauty of the island of Nantucket this is the place for you.

The house is very comfortable with a master upstairs with a great view of the bay. There is also another bedroom with its own bath and a queen bed upstairs. That is the extent of the second floor.

The ground floor has a very open feel with a great kitchen that is fully stocked with all cooking needs, a beautiful dining room table for 10 and a living room/TV room with a fireplace and a small sun room. The ground floor also has bedroom with bunk beds and another single bed with access to a full BR a few steps away. The most beautiful part of the house is the deck. It overlooks hundreds of acres of protected land and dunes. You can see the bay on one side and the sound on the other. The sunsets are spectacular. The feeling of all of this open space and views is so relaxing and beautiful. We loved it.

The house is about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown, depending on traffic. It has access directly to the beach, which is really nice and calm with a sandbar and great for kids. You can also get to the Madaket bike path which is brand new and pristine.

All in all we had an amazing stay and loved the house. It is comfortable without any pretense and in a great location. Highly recommended for a family with kids.

Great house for a secluded Nantucket vacation

Fernando went out of his way to make sure everything was alright both before & during our stay at his lovely house. Perfect for our family of five. Located in a very secluded area off Eel point road in Madekat, with only a few houses around, and none too close. Sunsets were spectacular and worth it alone. To top it off, we were given many thoughtful suggestions by Fernando on things to do (definitely take the kids "Turtle Fishing" off nearby Madekat Road!!) and restaurants to visit. Made use of the Kayaks in the calm ocean waters you get on the north beach. Really a great vacation.

Unobstructed water views, immaculate, light-filled house, huge deck, jacuzzi, flat screen TVs...we loved this house. The location is beyond peaceful.I honestly slept better than I have in a very long time. The beach is walking distance and town is a 10 minute drive. The owner even leaves bicycles for tenants to use (which I did not use, but my husband and kids took advantage of) in case you feel like biking to town instead of driving. The bad news? The supermarket is a 15 minute drive. The good news? You won't care. We will be back next year!
