This 4 bedroom house and 2 bedroom cottage with a pool is privately situated in the highly sought after Dionis Beach area, with close proximity to Cliff Road, Town, Sanford Farm walking trails, and bike paths. The cottage was completely renovated in 2016/2017. The Main House has been updated in 2017 with fresh new furnishings. All new pool furniture and outdoor dining table and chairs add to the comfort this property provides. The house features an electric car charging station.
First Floor Description
Enter into large great room with kitchen with large island, dining area for 8, den seating area, and laundry. One bedroom (QUEEN) and full bathroom (shower). Sliders to covered porch with outdoor dining and gas grill. Leads to pool area that is fenced in with 4 lounge chairs.
Second Floor Description
The custom-built open cherry staircase, an attractive focal point of the living / dining area, leads to a large open second floor living area with comfortable seating and a 65″ flat screen television. French doors lead from this room out to a private deck with views of Nantucket Sound. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. This bedroom has glass doors to the same deck with Sound views. The second staircase (spiral) from the kitchen leads to a second floor landing which accesses two guest bedrooms which share a hall Bath with shower. The queen bedroom has glass doors to a side deck with some views of the pool area below, and the second bedroom is smaller and carpeted and consists of two twin beds.
