The first floor offers an open floor plan with a comfortable living room, dining room and a brand new kitchen. Sit and read a book while you enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or relax on the comfy sofa in the den while watching your favorite shows. The first floor also offers a master suite with a TV, double closets and a newly renovated master bath. There is also a half bath and laundry on the first floor. The outdoor patio offers a private place to dine al fresco or to just enjoy the lazy days of summer. There is also an outdoor shower. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Second Floor Description
The second floor boasts another large bedroom with a king bed, flatscreen TV as well as a full bath and comfortable loft with a flatscreen TV.
